Job Title: Order Manager

Overall Rated 7.3

★★★★★★★☆☆☆

The Role

Role Description

The Order Management team is first and foremost, a Customer Service Team. Once a client has placed an order with the Sales Team, it is passed to Order Management and we place the order with the relevant Supplier and we then monitor the orders progress, dealing with any problems, ensuring all artwork approvals are fine and getting the order to the client by their required delivery date.

We also work closely with accounts ensuring that the Invoices are sent out to the clients and that the Invoices from Suppliers are checked, input onto the system and signed off. The majority of our clients are UK based as are most of our Suppliers although we do have suppliers in the Far East as well.

Order Management is a role that involves both Individual goals and also team work. Order Managers are allocated on average, about 60 to 70 jobs a month each that are their responsibility but when one is busy and another is quiet, they will help each other without hesitation. Order Management is a very close team made up of people that enjoy helping people and problem solving.
