  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I enjoyed the Citi Scope insight programme a lot; the arrangement was perfect!

    • Quite. We were given talks by senior people in the bank and dozens of networking opportunities.

    • I think the purpose of the programme is to give us guidance and introductions to the bank and the financial services industry.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • It is more of an interest-seeking experience rather than pure skills - team activities were still quite useful though.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It's just a pity that the duration of the spring week is only three days - I hope that could be extended to one week at least. Sections like work-shadowing could be more rotational, i.e. not just one division but more than one.

    • You can't expect a company to invest too much in spring weeks; though I'd say Citi still gave quite a lot of help to us!
