Role Description

My main duties where to make sure that the users of the service / public had no problems with the system that they were meant to use and to resolve any problems via phone or e-mail. Also, I promoted the activities that were being run to members of the public at festivals and fairs.

I recieved training that I would only need later in life in a full time job but it gave me a headstart to learn it early at the placement.

It was almost a 9 to 5 job officially but I wasn't always at the office but I was sometimes there 9 to 5 solid.

After the interview that said that they accepted me and didn't respond for 1 1/2 months so I had to call them but everything was okay after that.
