For a finance placement there is not currently a grad shceme, but you can go back as a full time employee not on a scheme, and there is room for growth. They are planning on launching a grad shceme soon.

If you are at TNS on a Marketing Placement there is a fantastic grad scheme with huge opportunity for growth.

Central London is very expensive but going out in local ares such as Ealing not expensive. There is also a placement house with cheap rent!

TNS is a brilliant company to work for with lots of other placements there too keep you entertained. If you work in finance there arent as many free bar events and there isnt a grad scheme, so overall it is better for marketing students. But still a good company to work for.
