Thinking up new ideas for skincare products then putting them into practice by proposong a formulation and making it in the lab. The new formulation would then be put forward for a home-use test. if the resuklts are good; the project would be passed on to category R&D.

Friday fever sweeps the whole company every week! Organised curry nights are good and also most people would have a get-together for their birthdays.

Student town, therefore drinks are cheap. However Hull isn't as cheap as I thought it would be. Rent and bills are pricey.

In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?

A very good idea to do a placement as it gets your foot in the door, which is vital considering todays economy/ lack of jobs. Also gives you experience and something to put on your CV. Having an income is good as it's a change from being skint all the time like at University. It does make you appreciate student life and you will miss your university, however, it means that you'll make the most of your final year(s) back at uni and it will make early mornings a lot easier as you've been forced to get up at 6:30 everyday.
