a lot of students did not socialise as they commuted. I lived in a house of 6 and we all had a great time though.

Rent was quite expensive for the area, but you could look around more than I did.

Not great, very few clubs but improved when the students came back to uni.

Not much, but depends what you are in to. Joined the gym.

Really worth going on placement, looks great to future employers and its a very worthwhile year.
