The Role

Role Description

I was given one main objective to complete over the 10 weeks (as well as many other smaller tasks) - to design a new and improved part for a machine which was under refurbishment in the factory. This involved contacting suppliers and organising the manufacture and installation of the new part myself as well.

My manager was very busy and then had to visit Rolls-Royce in America so I was left to support myself a lot of the time, especially towards the end.
