Role Description

Within internal recruitment I started initially resourcing for Accountancy and Finance specialism (London and South West). Initially my responsibilities were screening of candidates cv’s, advertisement placement and short-listing candidates for the business. I quickly became proficient at this and was given the opportunity to take on a more responsible role in the team; since January 2010 I have successfully taken on a recruitment partner role. The recruitment partner role involves implementing the whole recruitment process. This entails taking in a detailed job specification from client, deciding on attraction methods, telephone screening, face to face interviewing with senior management and processing candidates to offer stage.
I have also assisted in the attraction and interviewing (telephone interviews, assessment centres) of the placement students for 2010-2011. This is extremely fast track and I know my manager is very pleased with my input and progress in this role.

The biggest achievement whilst working in this role was when I was given full responsibility for my own vacancies and my own management team / directors. At present I have 25 live vacancies.
