London is not cheap. At all. But for the sheer number of different pubs, clubs and other venues, it's worth it.

Again, being in London is advantageous here.

In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?

Be prepared for the stressful commute. The underground and buses are very busy in the morning and you might want to invest in some noise-cancelling headphones to block out all the noise.
