Hi, I have recently applied for the GEHML finance placement in 2011. I have completed the online tests and was wondering what the recruitment process consists of at GE? Also what sort of time did you apply last year and how quick were the responses from you applying to hearing back from them? Thanks, Elliot. Question asked by a RateMyPlacement user on 16th November 2010: Hi Elliot,

If you'll pass online tests, than there's a phone interview. If you'll be successful there, than there's assessment centre.

They are pretty good in responding to the potential candidates. I've applied in December and had phone interview in February, than assessment day in March.

Hi Laura,

With regards to the placement, I have an assessment centre coming up on tuesday.
Could you please give me any information with regards to the assessment centre i.e.structure of the day, kind of things they will ask such as tasks.

Also will you be retested on numeracy, and how technical do the interviews get with regards to finance knowledge?
