The Role

Role Description: BAE SYSTEMS is one of the biggest defence companies in the world. The company is split by product type into various Business Groups - I work in Global Combat Systems Munitions. During my two years here I have: Worked on developing a new type of Artillery shell; Comissioned a new manufacuring facility; and worked in the Computer Modelling department to help develop new products.
It is an amazing place to work, and I thoroughly recommend it.

Hi I was hoping to apply for BAE and cannot seem to find the closing date for applications anywhere! Could you give me an idea of when the closing time is? Thanks Brett Causley Question asked by a RateMyPlacement user on 28th October 2010: Hi Brett,

Not sure what the closing date is myself! But when I joined my assessment centre took place in May and was one of the last ones running, so I'd say that it would be around then. Obviously there are a limited number of places available, so depending on how the selection process works, I'd say it is prudent to apply sooner rather than later, i.e. before the places fill up!
