  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Absolutely amazing experience. I've learned more than my brain can take and met so many great people! One of the best experiences of my life!

  • I was part of an extremely nice team who were all very helpful, friendly and always smiling.

  • I was guided all the way through, with enough space given to do things myself.

  • always had something do but was never too stressed with the work load. It was perfect in my opinion.

  • Although the tasks I was given were not top priority in the project, I still had fair amount of responsibility throughout the placement.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The internship benefited both my academic studies and personal development. The placement was very relevant to my studies which I found very useful. I have also improved my personal skills that will be useful in any situation

  • Although everyone is always busy with work and working in a professional environment, we still manage to have a lot of fun.

  • everything was very well organised and I was able to start work from day 1.

  • This is not hugely relevant to my position, however I had all I needed during the placement.

  • I definitely think this is where I want to work in the future and will definitely apply for the Graduate Scheme in the company.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Always plenty of people to talk to or go out with. Great atmosphere.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • About average I'd say. Typical prices of any other place I lived in.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Not too great of a choice but always something going on and people were always willing to go out.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • I can't answer since I haven't actually looked for things to get involved in. There are however many gyms and leisure centres in the area and the company has activities to offer too
