Role Description

Sat with the equity sales desk and had my own desk, workspace, Bloomberg and Reuters access. I worked closely with several people on the desk and did various tasks and projects for them based on what was happening in the markets. I also had the freedom to sit with other desks and learn about different financial products at my leisure. All the interns received comprehensive training before starting our positions on the trading floor. We also received training in Bloomberg and Reuters.
