In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?: It's always been a dream to work at Microsoft and being here feels great everyday. The people are some of the most driven, committed yet fun people I've ever had the pleasure to meet and the company invests heavily in training and personal development. I can't speak for all but my manager opened doors for me, always gave me challenges to overcome and gave a huge amount of time making sure I was happy and had every availiable opportunity.
