Role Description

I conducted two projects. The first was as a part of the team that I was assigned to within Operational Risk. I had to analyse the Complaints process and create a Testing template to ensure these were being dealt with effectively. The second of my projects was a presentation with a few of the other interns. We were given a liberal remit initially and having researched a problem to solve, we were told that we were to present in front of 4 senior executives.

Nobody hesitated to help me when they could. Any questions that I had were always dealt with, and people went out of their way to ensure I made the most of my internship. I was able to visit a regional site to experience differences with the team that I was a part of.
