Role Description

- liasing with marketing agency throughout whole ideation process from brief to final copy
- monthly and weekly reporting on fleet marketing activity (sent to Managing Director and Marketing Director)
- ensuring local business marketing was relevant and up to date for the dealership network
- liasing with fleet sales team to generate relevant materials (pdf's etc)
- tender support for back office fleet sales team
- events support

In Marketing, I was left to look after the Local Business Marketing and make decisions based on the facts available. In Customer Relations, again I would make quite important decisions based on a goodwill matrix and an analysis of the facts available.
