  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Variety of activities and graduates networking events allowed for an enjoyable insight.

  • Difficult considering short time frame although employees tries their best to make us feel welcome.

  • A lot of support was provided with regards to the application process for summer internships as well helpful interview advice.

  • The length of the insight made it difficult to develop any key skills although there was the chance to develop good interview skills through various scenarios.

  • There was a clear layout from the beginning as to what would be covered and what we can expect to achieve from the insight.

  • The recruitment team and graduates seemed very friendly and welcoming. The room in which the event was held was also very nice.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The company arranged for several senior managers to give talks although perhaps they could have focused more on developing skills not related to interview.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • All the different service lines were covered very well and in depth. The computing service line may have been slightly irrelevant for the majority of the people attending although was still interesting.

  • By talking with the graduates I got the impression that compared to other places it seems a very nice place to work. It is not intimidating or aggressive like sone other companies.

  • All travel expenses were reimbursed without any hassle

  • Again we spoke to the graduates and had some contact time with senior management.

  • We had an informal lunch with the graduates where we were free to speak about anything.

  • The first talk outlined the various activities, sports and clubs that the company participates in and organises.

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?
  • This was a very useful insight into finding out more about the different service lines as it is difficult. And unorganised to find out about online. I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering the big four, to seriously consider TW as it outperforms it's competitors in several areas.
