The Role

Role Description

The Business Insight Executive works with the Business & Market Insight Team to deliver accurate and actionable research and analytics to the business. The role involves supporting the team in achieving it‘s objectives and specialising in a number of key areas. These areas include reporting and analytics for the Marketing department, with a focus on improving the effectiveness of marketing activity. Secondly customer insight research, including coordination of online customer feedback programmes and analysis of findings. The final key area is digital analytics, this involves research using a number of online analytical tools to monitor effectiveness of the Experian QAS website, general online trends and social media activity.

Apart from the initial change of department upon my arrival I feel the placement was well organised although i would have liked more exposure to other departments within the business.

Quite expensive but then again it's London but the salary you are paid easily enables you to have a good time and the area the offices are located is well worth the extra cost.

A QAS support a charity called CHICKS and there is the opportunity to spend a weekend away as a volunteer.
