Role Description

Assist with preparation of the monthly global S&OP plan.
Co-ordinate monthly teleconferences with the global team as well as regular communication / problem solving on day-to-day issues.
Work on improvement initiatives for the global S&OP process.
Global finished goods inventory reporting and analysis.

As we work on a monthly cycle, my workload depended on which week we were in. Some weeks I has the right amount to do, whereas in other weeks, I was snowed under.

I was solely responsible for inventory analysis / reporting - work that I have now had to "teach" my manager about so that they can carry it on once I have left.

I have used some of the skills learnt in previous years, but I have also picked up new skills that I will be able to use in my final year of University. Also, the exposure I have had to business decisions from the Directors of the company has allowed me a different perspective that I feel will help me achieve my aim of working in management.
