Role Description

Nestlé Business Services have two vacancies within our vibrant ISIT department. The role will be based at either our York or Croydon offices.

This role has a clearly defined core responsibility to provide PC, Printer and Customer Administration service and support to our customers – namely the Nestlé businesses throughout the UK and Ireland. The role will also afford a certain amount of project work to support dissertations and course work.

At the heart of the ISIT team is the desire to deliver a flawless IS support service to our customers, and to work in partnership with our suppliers and others to provide continuous improvement and added value.

If you have an interest in this area of work, think you can make a difference, and are currently studying for an IS or related degree – this could well be the opportunity for you.

Good communication skills are a must, as are a positive and self-motivated attitude and flexible approach. The successful applicant will also demonstrate good planning, problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills. On the technical side, you will be involved with second line PC support, necessitating skills in Microsoft Windows Vista, Office, VPN and broadband support.

We offer an attractive salary of £16,500 alongside a great range of benefits inclusive of 25 days holiday and flexible working hours. We’ll reimburse your interview travel expenses and also assist with accommodation at the start of your placement.
