Role Description

• Engagement in management of Cost Model and Business Case using input from work stream sources. Maintaining analysis of value realisation data post – implementation against business case by business area and process. Managing investment budget of a project and analysing project cost centres and compared to Plan and Quarterly forecasts.
• Managing monthly GRNing process and prepared monthly journals for capitalisation purposes based on adhoc and framework assignments.

• Assisting in Customer Service Operations involving SAP operational system. Dealt with customer direct/indirect orders and service confirmations.

• Working in Competence Centre for one year focussing on financial modelling and error handling. Supporting the transitioning of error clearing to the CSO business and supporting the work on OTC query backlog clearing and error handling caused by bad data quality migrated from legacy.

• Involvement in large scale projects, such as system development and enhancements.
• Engaging in Change and Delivery Management supporting the management of the control process and delivery of productivity improvements across the business.
