The Role
Having a great time so far, have learnt a lot but sometimes wish I was given more responsibility
A lot of figuring out for yourself, training could be clearer
At times, there isn't enough to do.
Would like more.
Learnt more here than the last 2 years at uni.
The Company
Great team and great intern community. 60+ interns in the office.
Invest a lot in you. Even go on business trips abroad (although not true for all interns).
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Not grad roles in my sector, but many previous interns have come back as professionals
The Culture
As said, 60+ interns in office, and you live in halls for the first month
Reading isn't the cheapest, but you can do it cheap fi you find the right places/areas. Good for Greater London.
Local Uni, so lots of student nights with student prices.
Charity events and limited sport opportunities.
