The Role
very good place to work if your starting out in the industry
Teamwork was very good. Got on well with most of my team members,
had fornightly meetings with my manager and also mentor who was great, i was able to ask them things that i could not ask my manager.
Very busy a majority of the time
was seen as a core part of the team. When i went on holiday for two weeks the team had struggled.
Learnt how to be more professional, manage workload and also how to communicate more effectively.
The Company
Was very lively, chatty and fun to be around.
The first 10 weeks, we piggybacked off the summer intern programme, got to attend seminars, after the 10 weeks its more related to your day role.
Had couple of training programmes but majorly on the job training was sufficient
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events

The Culture
Good scene, many grads on job so got to interact and have fun too
Lived at home
Was OK, mostly city bars..
