Role Description

Dealing with after sales and ensuring clients needs where met. This could involve dealing with complaints , change to travel/break arrangements or even offering advice on venues to our clients.

The whole role was incredible varied so every day could offer new challenges even if the tasks where the same.

The year has passed very quickly.The job has been enjoyable and great perks meant that we where given the chance to visit some of our venues! Very lucky to have such a good year!

Although the job was not really linked to my degree I have improved many core skills such as communication , time management and organisation.

Very young company. We worked hard and played hard! Not a bad person in the company so everyone got on great and there was always a great atmosphere

Very good. Work nights out where frequently organised.We also had the opportunity to visit the venues and a company trip! Like being at uni!

A key part of golfbreaks is making the most of seeing our venues. Have been able to visit venues in France and Spain. There is the opportunity to go on a few trips!

Hi Sarah. Its a fantastic company to work for. If your working in CS you just need to show that you have experience no matter what you did before. That you can empathise with clients and maybe give an example of a time when you sorted out a problem. You dont neccessarily need to know much about Golf. Its very much work hard play hard.
