the main role was to manage the booking made after the initial sale, meaning amending and changing booking to suit the customer and supplier. Also any compliants made would be handled by ourselves.

Any problems I had with my work or personal life, I knew my manager was more than happy to help me. Also she was great at pushing me to do better and get more out of my job.

As the industry we are in is seasonal, there were some points which were slightly quiet and times we were just too busy and couldn't get everything done. But overall it was a good balance.

nothing I learned is very applicable to by degree, accept knowledge in the tourism industry. But some skills like organisation and communication, which i have improved on over the year will help me a lot in life.
