The Role
The internship was stimulating and challenging, having worked at other banks I can say with confidence that BAML is one of the best in the way it treats its staff, including interns.
My team were excellent and supportive.
The level of support and advice I was given by members of the business throughout the bank was outstanding.

For an intern I was given a great deal of responsibility. It is all about proving yourself, if you are capable responsibility will follow.
The skills I gained during my internship have set me up for my future career.
The Company
The atmosphere at BAML is fantastic and stimulating.
HR and the business did an excellent job as far as organisation is concerned.

The Culture
There was often evening event, both formal and informal
London is expensive, but you are paid.
Central London is a great place to go out at night.
From runs, to rugby, to roof top drinks.
