  • Quite enjoyable

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Not much interaction with all of the employees, little on the social side. Some employees more chatty with the interns than others, which is expected in any organisation!

  • Excellent support from line manager

  • Reasonable workload, hours were very reasonable

  • Given quite a lot of responsibility

  • Quite quiet but nevertheless friendly

  • Quite well organised, there was structure such as weekly meetings

  • Mostly on the job training but also visited by some of the database providers to give relevant training

  • BNY Mellon does not have a specific graduate scheme, so it is mostly about making your own contacts and networking

  • Yes

  • The city of London is not the cheapest place but it is a great place to work and spend time

  • Lots of bars!
