The Role
- Role Description
Assisting my line manager with day to day duties, including measuring and approving gold seals, requesting and comemrcially accepting/rejetced tested samples and failed test results
Team meeting and huddle minute writing. Assisting both the Ladieswear and Quality department.
Booking in suppliers for fits and writing the comments in the sessions whilst providing suggestions on how to improve the fit of the garment.
At the end of every month I run returns reports for every ladieswear department, calculating the top three returning lines for each of these. I also use Bazaar Voice to monitor online customer feedback by running reports and calculate customer ratings percentages
In my role I also carry out benchmarking and competitor shop exercises in order to eastblish how George compares to the rest of the highstreet
