    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Nature of the job means you cannot be having a party all of the time. With hard work comes a sometimes boring working atmosphere but this was tolereable due to the frequent break and team chats we had.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Second to none. Cummins knows how to run a placement scheme with ease. The only hiccup is the week or so Placement Students must spend not working due to technical (I.T.) difficulties.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Attended several training sessions and was constantly learning. Cummins spends alot of money on improving it's employees, just as the employees spend alot of time improving Cummins and it's products.
