Role Description

 Initiating telephone and e-mail contact with potential prospects from developed target account lists
 First point of contact for managing and developing inbound enquiries
 Qualify and pass sales opportunities to account managers based on obtaining a minimum amount of pre-determined information.
 Consistently meeting objectives set and number of opportunities passed.
 Working closely with the account managers to develop a comprehensive targeted account list
 Shadow account managers in external meetings to get an overview on the other side of the business and experience how deals are closed from the start to finish
 Use all available means to perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of targeted account lists
 responsibility on LivePerson. A web interactive chat system between customers and the business. Attend regular bi-weekly meeting for this, and control activity around this role.
 Attend regular bi-weekly Marketing meetings, to keep up to date with current and upcoming events/webcasts/seminar and aid in promoting these.
 Attend weekly team meetings to discuss forecasts and targets
 responsibility in Reporting to the manager of the whole team’s weekly activity. (opportunities created, revenue, meetings, calls, days worked, holidays, sick days)
 Sole responsibility in promoting/selling ‘Foglight’ Training. Have successfully been selling these packages since December 2008- scheduled October 2009 courses. Responsible for the finances of this as well (quoting, pricing, invoicing)
