  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Due to the placement being organised by Vauxhall it was quite confusing and the Millbrook people were pushed a bit to the side. But now everything is run by Millbrook it seems far better.

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • There was a lack of external training due to not wanting to spend the money on students. But internal training was great with various courses such as hazard awareness, driver training, overhead crane training etc.
