Your terminology is bang on. It felt exactly like a family and no-one saw me treated me as a placement student but one of the team!

I was given support throughtout my entire experience at HTI. Whether it was just a general chat with the cleaning staff to Executive meeting with the CEO of HTI discussing the projects and timelines.

I dont know where to put the star on this because i had a numerous amount of work on a daily basis. But i didnt find it boring at all - infact it was the total opposite!

Because i was the only person doing the design and marketing work for the company, i had a huge amount of responsibility during my placement. This ranged from 'holding the fort' until HTI found their new Marketing Manager to appointing my replacement...

Definately 'Skills For Life'. Right now im completeing my final year at University and i am using all the skills i learnt and developed into everyday projects. I am certain i will not struggle getting into a job after my degree and settling in instantly...

This was the best bit. HTI believes in developing people for the outside world and where better to start than developing your internal staff! They asked me if there were any areas in which i felt weak in - HTI then provided training and devlopment sessions for all items i outlined.

I always get asked this question! my colleuges say you had the best placement ever - so therfore you must have a job secured!

The truth is i will definatelt send my CV to HTI for a job - and if they have a vacancy available, the chance of getting a job are very strong

I didnt really go out much because i was commuting to coventry from Birmingham. A very tiring journey! But the times i did go out - they were amazing!

Yes, there were always oppurtunitys to socalise outside work. Just depends on the individual...

HTI is an amzing place to work and they always provide oppurtunitys for you to excel and Shine! Would definatley do it again and again!
