Role Description

To work as part of the Customer Campaigns Team within the Database Marketing Department.

Using SAS to conduct Marketing Analysis and providing data from the Marketing Database for Marketing Campaigns. I needed to ensure the data is accurate and has been reviewed to ensure the selection process has been done in accordance with the bank’s procedure and guidelines.

I also needed to communicate with a number of Project Managers to ensure the campaign is accurate to their needs. I needed to report to my manager on a regular basis and keep them up to date with the progress of the campaign and inform them of any delays.

I needed to be familiar with the Bank’s policy and ensure they abide by all laws including Data Protection Act. This is a very important aspect as it causes a lot of problems for the bank if any of these rules are breached.
