  • Challenging and rewarding

  • Felt really valued and Project Manager and Site Manager said I'd always be welcome on their team.

  • Lots of good advice when needed.

  • Not enough hours in the day.

  • I developed a fair amount of responsibility, especially towards the end of the placement.

  • Valuable skills in organisation and management as well as much practical knowledge picked up.

  • Good team, but we were too busy to have too much fun.

  • Being site based for the entire time, it was more like just going to work than being on placement as such.

  • I uderstand that more investment is put into graduate employees

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • We all lived too far apart and worked too much to go out much, but I had a good leaving do.

  • Same as most of the Southeast.

  • Poor locally, but Brighton nearby which is lively
