Fear. But the highest but not the cheapest, in terms of living.
We got our own social budget from the company to stimulate social activities which also kept costs low.

Lots of places to go out in Southampton and lots of different possibilities.

A dozen different sport activities, a gym, people came together to do all kinds of things.
