Role Description

 Provide commercial, administrative and information support to all Building & Services teams
 Production of regular and ad hoc reports as required
 Assist in the production and publication of regular programme and financial reports
 Assist in the administration of contract documents for projects and programmes
 Produce and maintain records for a portfolio of projects
 Analysis of data related to projects
 Liaison with consultants, contractors and suppliers
 Close liaison with Waitrose and John Lewis Finance departments
 Assistance with maintaining and improving departmental working processes
