Role Description

•Responsible for liaison with internal customers during problem resolution
•Responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of Server technology projects.
•Responsible for communication with internal customers for the duration of projects.
•Responsible for providing consulting and advice to customers.
•Responsible for developing and maintaining technical knowledge of a specific Server technology (one or more of: Storage, SAN, NAS, Windows Server, Unix).
•Responsible for planning, organisation and managing time effectively whilst undertaking multiple day-to-day activities.
•Responsible for ensuring the quality and security of operational support and project activities.
•Responsible for liaison with software and hardware suppliers.
•Responsible for contributing to an open and trusting team-working environment.
