Role Description

Working as a marketing assistant has been a fantastic opportunity to develop upon my skills, learning from experienced colleagues, and gain true responsibility. My job involves a number of marketing and communication activities. Each quarter the marketing department launch a marketing pack for our partners including; incentives, literature, action plans etc. Part of my role is to help develop and manage this communication. In addition I organise any e-marketing and web based communications, something I had no prior experience in. With support from colleagues and training i have developed a number of skills enabling me to carry out these tasks successfully and comfortably. Working for a fast growing SME has given me the opportunity to get involved and contribute. I have been given projects I never expected to be trusted with during my placement year and have really enjoyed the experience.

Working for ProspectSoft has been a great experience. I have received some fantastic training and been given the opportunity to learn from fellow colleagues. I have developed upon skills such as decision making, communication; verbally and written, team work, problem solving and gained a great insight into the industry. I have developed a number of skills in e-marketing and web design and feel far more prepared for completing my final year of university with a positive attitude.
