The Role
- Role Description
•Firsthand experience contributing to one of London's leading brands, working alongside teams of the most dynamic and talented individuals within the London property market
Learning valuable sales skills through Foxtons intensive training programme
Presenting group projects to management and key business individuals
Learning about the property and lettings market in depth
Calling potential clients to secure valuations and get properties onto the market
Answering inbound calls from vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants or developers
Registering new applicants and understanding their requirements
Working in the Corporate Services department which involved dealing with many of Foxtons Corporate Clients
Working as a Move Consultant on the Wimbledon Sales Team.- 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

I really enjoyed the summer sales internship , it was lots of fun and we all learnt so much in the six weeks.
- 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

I got to know lots of people in both Foxtons HQ and their various offices around London , everyone is really friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Foxton's team.
- 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

The internship begins with two weeks intense training which is given by the training team and incorporates key members at Foxtons including directors of various departments. Support is provided by absolutely everyone throughout the duration of the internship and every intern is assigned a team leader who provides lots of support and knowledge.

Every day at Foxtons is different due to the nature of sales every day was very busy !
- 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

Interns have lots of responsibility from day 1!
- 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

Friendly , fast pased and dynamic !

The internship exceeded all my expectations
- 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

Considerably more than lots of other companies out there. Foxton’s invested lots of time and money into the training programme and even held employment workshops to work on our CV's and offer us advice for the future

Excellent social scene ! Lots of fn with both my team and the other interns

Thats great news congratulations,
They ask you lots of questions about why you want to work there , so make sure you know as much as possible about the company.
Foxtons look for the soft skills too and lots of enthusiasm and energy so make sure you get that across too.
