I was encouraged to go on many training courses, my manager gave me lots of opportunities to show her how much I had improved and invested alot of her time in working with me to help me progress in areas I felt I wanted to develop such that I have improved immensley according to colleagues and peers from the beginning of my placement.

The single best oppotunity I have ever had in my life, being an intern at Microsoft , with regards to what I have learned and actually getting a job, this placement has been worth it's weight in gold.
