Responsible for ad-hoc tasks and working with the sales team and management on a daily basis helping the 'reporting' side of the department.

Had a fantastic year. Worked in a great team who were friendly and treated me like an adult who had been at the company for years - not like a student who was on a 12 month contract. So much else to do and get involved in on top of job role.

IBM has a 'handover' period from predecessor - this taught me a lot and various other managers were always open to help, guide and assist.
