. I have been conducting many projects since I started, analyzing all kind of different processes with suppliers. I have also been working for the leader of lean manufacturing and getting involved in other projects. I have been able to put what I have learnt academically together with practical processes to improve the business. I plan on doing my green belt in lean manufacturing next year. I visit many suppliers for the quarterly meetings and get involved in analyzing certain data to find the root cause of any issues and feed this back to my leader creating clear and more direct way to solve the root cause.
