Role Description

• Preparing a File for each audit (downloading and analyzing data from different systems and collating legal and other information from various departments) The file includes a cross check between Micro-strategy reports and royalties reported and raising critical issues to the awareness of the Auditors.
• Main point of contact between Audit and Contract Management Centre.
• Analyzing royalties invoiced (Disney’s IT system) versus royalties reported (licensee submitted royalty declarations).
• Providing support to the other Audit regions
• Providing support for the Audit Manager in the analysis of the findings of the different audits and in other special projects.
• Assist the Audit Team with various administrative duties such as filing and archiving of Audit Reports, maintaining distribution lists, ordering stationery etc.
• Follow up the wrap up of the audits, verifying in SAP the payment of invoices and contacting the licensees.
