I think this was just on our intake of interns, I've heard very positive things about previous intakes of interns. Most people got on, but there seemed to be a group who seperated from everyone else and didn't make as much effort in terms of building relationships with other interns. However, as I said, I think this was just our intake of interns.

It's a fantastic organisation to work for, there is a lot of support if you need it and there are chances to move outside your area to gain expereince in other parts of the organisation.
