Responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of offers and contracts to Intel New Hires and Internally transferring employees. Also assisted in recruiting graduates and new intern hires in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Sweden.

I think they will be benefit me once I leave university but i don't think they the skills are as useful during my time at university as they are not as relevant.

My particular department was very small in regards to the rest of HR at Intel and this caused stress as anyone's mood was very easily rubbed off on others.

In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?

I would always recommend a placement scheme to anyone. I had some bad experiences with my manager but i learnt the most from that. I have taken away many valuable moments that will definitely make my next full time a lot easier. I have also become a lot more mature during my time at Intel and i think it allows me to have a better attitude towards my work and my degree.
