The Role

Role Description

My role last year as a Technical Account Manager was to be the primary point of contact for Premier Support customers within the Financial services sector. Customers I’ve worked with along with the account team include Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays and Santander. My main role was to ensure that we positively progress support cases by working with engineers as well as managing critical situations within the bank to a successful conclusion. I’ve also been involved in advising customers on how they can improve their infrastructure as well as planning and implementing technology upgrades.
