Managed early phase clinical trials across the world writing esential documents and coordinating with study teams to ensure deadlines were met. responsibilities began with the study set up and did not end untill the study had been reported,

The training was reasonably long and the work load could be very variable but when I was busy I enjoyed the job a lot and the teams were great.

All of the team were 100% friendly and supportive. I felt completely trusted with work but at the same time felt I could ask as many questions as I wanted.

The workload fluctuated a lot but that was the nature of the job. at the beginning I felt I didn't have enough to fill the day at all but this improved a lot throughout the placement.

Towards the end of my placement Ihad a huge amount of responsibility chairing and running meeting, presenting and communicating with team members and external suppliers across the world

It was reasonably cheap where I lived but we tended to commute to central London quite a lot whgich was more expensive

Nightlife in Uxbridge was occasionally good but I commuted to central London a lot where the nightlife was excellent

Brunel university is closeby and a good place for some socialising and sports
