I dreaded going to work in the mornings especially the 6am shifts! There was no atmosphere in the office and everyone was always miserable to be at work

I was shouted at within my first 2 days of starting the job and was told it was not rocket science. I was made to feel very un appreicated and valued in the company

My manager tried where possible to help the situation but found that the atmopshere within the office always bought down the situation

There was never a point in the day that you wernt busy, I enjoy being busy but felt like I was a slave! I was starting at 6am and not finishing until sometimes 6pm. I was washing cars this early in the morning too and was expected to be able to juggle everything at the same time as well as answering phones while dealing face to face with a customer

It won't unless my moudle involves how to clean a car and be a taxi driver to arrogrant customers that yell at you for something their insurance company is involved with

The head office tried to set out a good scheme but when it got down to the actual placement, it was very different

Was given a training file to complete but spent alot of my own time filing it in as never had a chance in office hours despite the long days monday to saturday

I only lasted a 2 month period and would not recommend this placement to anyone considering it. You are made to think you are doing a trainee manager position but actually you are a taxi driver and wash cars at stupid times of the morning in the freezing cold in a suit!
