Some days were very long, trying to get work finished on time. However the relaxed atmosphere meant that was balanced with some late mornings!

The first few weeks saw a wait for essential IT software etc, however after the initial two weeks, everything ran rather smoothly.

I attended some lab visits to aid my learning, however no exotic trips to far away places occurred!

BP appear to be very good at engaging employees in other activities.

In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?

I advise that you should not shy away from living in a great place that means the downside of a long commute. Your internship won't last long enough for it to really wear you down!
