I worked in the Telecom and Media team at Bank of America and we advise clients on their capital restructuring and provide them with financial advisory services during mergers and acquisitions.

We had training in Finance and Company Valuation, Bloomberg, Factiva and other specialist search websites. There was also training in Excel and Powerpoint. Most importantly, we were given the opportunity to help on real transactions (M&A or Financing).
